What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

Via the submission of contact forms on this website, social media or other Rebel Soul Recruitment landing pages we collect personal information such as name, email and company name. We also collect personal information such as name and email address from users who enter comments on our website under the Lifestyle section. Having willingly given this information you are added to the Rebel Soul Recruitment community mailing list as people with legitimate interest in our services.

In addition we also collect data regarding our users from third party cookies using software such as Hubspot and Mailchimp regarding data such as where you are based, when and through which channel you visited our site, which pages you viewed and how long you stayed on each page in order to improve our website, services, social media communication and provide greater personalisation of all three to our users. We keep personal data of our users for a period of 12 months before asking them if they wish to remain part of our community. Visitors to our website who are not users registered to our mailing list are anonymised by our web hosting provider under law and no personal data is available to us from their service.

Through using a web hosting provider we have access to anonymous analytics regarding our visitors however no personal data is collected or revealed other than the data of users who have signed up to the Rebel Soul Recruitment mailing list and data is stored and analysed in order to provide personalised content and services and improve our website and services for others.

How Long Your Data May Be Retained

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely by WordPress and ourselves. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on the WordPress website (if any), they also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except changing your username).
